"Last Friday, I was driving a handicapped adapted van with my friend in an electric wheelchair behind me. We were on a highway in Minneapolis when we had a flat tire. I became so anxious. I have State Farm insurance on my car but not this van!! I was able to speak with a State Farm agent at roadside assistance. She quickly took charge and called a tow truck. One was nearby and was behind my van in minutes!! He was in control, drove the van up on a curb and changed the tire!! We were only 45 minutes late for our dinner reservations!! Thank you State Farm for understanding my problem and readily solving it!!!"

"After decades of non-local insurance; we decided to many years ago to get a local agent. Difficultly was that all insurance companies tend to charge more if you are not one of theirs. This State Farm has both saved us a lot of money and allowed local representation and a local reputation. Business relationships can be tenuous at best. This experience is what we and most need."
